Dr Lu completed a Bachelors Degree in Medicine and Surgery at the University of NSW, graduating in 2006 with Honours. He did his internship and residency training at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital and Royal Prince Alfred Hospital before commencing radiology training for fours years at Concord/Canterbury Hospital. This was followed by further fellowship training in all aspects of MRI at the Princess Alexandra Hospital, Brisbane. He was then appointed a Conjoint Lecturer at the University of QLD.
Prior to joining the Radiology Group, Dr Lu worked for a number of years across multiple private practices including I-Med. He has also held a visiting medical officer position at the Nepean Hospital for three years.
His primary area of interest includes neuroradiology, musculoskeletal, body and prostate MRI. He also practices a high level of general diagnostic and interventional radiology. Tony speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese and conversational Japanese.
