COVID-19 Practice Policy as of 23 March 2020:

Due to the impact of COVID-19, we have made important changes within the Radiology Group clinics in accordance with government regulations and the College of Radiology (RANZCR) guidelines. Firstly, we would like to assure our patients that your health and wellbeing remains our top priority, so our clinics will continue to be open for all diagnostic imaging examinations and image guided procedures during this period.

Please use our website or call to book all appointments. If you are unwell with a cough, fever or respiratory symptoms and this test is not urgent, please book the examination after two weeks time or until those symptoms have completely resolved. However, if you have a cough with a fever and your test is urgent, please inform us of your condition prior to your booking so we can provide you the appropriate instructions and advice. 

We request any patients presenting with respiratory or flu like symptoms to call before they come and wait outside the clinic prior to their appointment. We will also provide masks for patients with respiratory symptoms. 

Patients and referring doctors can be reassured that we are taking extra precautions at our practices. All our practices are following strict social distancing regulations, regular sanitisation with hospital grade disinfectants and following all appropriate guidelines outlined by the various health organisations.
